We have a number of roles available at JawnCon™, and are thankful for your desire to help!
Speaker Operations
In this role, you'll be assisting the leads in AV support and wrangling our speakers. You'll receive training on how to run the equipment, and would be responsible for ensuring streams and recording are active at the beginning and end of each session.
Check in
We have two areas that need to be staffed to check in speakers, attendees and help with onsite badge purchases. There will be a briefing on how to do the attendee and speaker checkins.
Chillout Space / Vendor Area
We have a large space that has a need for helping manage the safety, curiosity and over all fun. You'll receive direction on how to help folks get setup across multiple teams, and help with ensuring the environment stays as fun and relaxing as possible.
Jawns
We're all Jawns at the con; this is the most generic level of support, and not tied to a specific place, role or function. You can fluidly help with any of the positions above, along with being a representitive for the event by helping attendees with the soldering stations, spaces, door controls, and more.
